EGL SL-CG5000 and SL-CG6000 Grid Ties are transformerless power inverters for connecting a string of solar modules direct to the grid. Stringed solar module can operate at higher voltages, making such systems are more cost effective.

The internal processor is able to utilise or return power from/to the grid base on the usage of the local facility. The EGL SL-CG5000 and SL-CG6000 have RS-485 interfaces for performance data transfer to a PC. The SL-CG5000 and SL-CG6000 cases are IP42 sealed for indoor mounting.
